This is part A of the risk assessment for our short film. In this risk assessment, it includes the production details as well as the producers details and the people involved with the film and locations. we have ticked the hazards on the hazard list to complete part B of the risk assessment.

Below part A of the risk assessment is part B which shows the types of hazards, the level of the hazards and hoe we are going to prevent the hazards from happening. 

Location Release Sheets

These are location release sheets which includes the location where we will be filming as well as the production company and details.

Location Scouting Sheets

These are the location scouting sheets which show the locations in which we will be filming and the information about the filming location (times etc)

Personnel List

On this sheet, it is a list of the people acting and included in our film with their contact details.

Resources List

The resources on the list are the equipment that we have used to film our short film which we have used from college, in college time. By using this list, it will help us filming as we will be able to note down which resources/equipment we will need and note down where we have got the resources from so we are able to take them back when finished using them. 

The Replacement-Short Film Storyboard

This storyboard is beneficial to my production as I am aware of what shots and scenes I will be shooting and by creating this storyboard I am organised and won't mess things up. However there will be extra clips added in the film therefore it won't be the storyboard exactly.

This is my non-dialogue script for my short film. In the script, it involves the scene headings, locations filmed, inside or outside, day or night, what type of shot and angle and what happened in the scene itself. This will help when filming as it has the different actions in each scenes so that the cast will understand what to do and where which will make things easier. There are only actions and locations in this script as it is non-dialogue. 

Film Proposal

This is a film proposal for my film which explains the synopsis, the film treatment the screenplay structure, longline and tells you who is in the film. This is a main part of pre-production as it explains  the films narrative and also the film treatment.  The screenplay structure is similar to Todorov's narrative as there is a equilibrium, disruption and a resolution. 

Pre-Production Initial Ideas

In this slideshow, I show what initial ideas we came up with and the equipment, props and locations we will need and a genre mood board which gives a slight hint at what the movie will be about. This will help create our product as it will help us conclude on one idea and how we are going to work around it.
